Koo Koo's was born from a simple frustration: why does great coffee end at 5 p.m.? Why can't the spot where you grab your morning latte also be where you unwind with a properly made old fashioned?

We opened our doors on East Sangamon Ave to be exactly that — a place that doesn't pretend mornings and nights belong to different worlds. Same counter. Same care. Just a different pour.

Every cup is pulled with the same attention we give every cocktail. Our beans are sourced from roasters who treat farming like a craft. Our spirits are chosen by people who actually drink what they pour. And our space? Designed to feel like the living room you didn't know you needed.
